We will use data supplied through our contact forms to contact you regarding your enquiry.

We will use email addresses supplied to our newsletter database to send out our email newsletters.

Data supplied by filling in a contact form is sent to our email inbox for follow up. Our email inbox is on a secure server provided by a third party.

Email addresses supplied for newsletters are stored with a third party email marketing provider.

What are your data protection rights?

The right to be forgotten (erasure): You may instruct us to delete your data permanently from our system and our third party storage providers. Doing so means that we may be unable to contact you to follow up on your questions or enquiries. If we are not allowed to hold your contact data then we will not be in a position to contact you.

The right to rectification: You have the right to request that we amend any data on yourself that you deem to be incorrect.

The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability: You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected to another organisation or directly to you, under certain conditions.
